A good base fitness level is recommended. You should be comfortable with moderate hiking distances and some steeper sections. Regularly going for hikes or participating in cardio activities beforehand will help prepare you for the trek.

Layers are key! Pack comfortable hiking clothes, a warm jacket, waterproof gear, and good hiking shoes.  You can find a detailed packing list in our pre-departure information email.
